These Infused Water Bottle Recipes Will Make You Forget About Soda!

Drink Up!

Are you on a weight loss program? or someone who doesn't like much plain water and just only drink a lot to quench the thirst? though..most of the time we are tempted to grab that bottle of coke right?.

According to WebMD, drinking eight glasses of water can help you burn fat and can increase the rate of metabolism but despite all that, the problem is, can you really gulp down that many tasteless glasses of water every day? Not, really.

Don't worry! We’ve got an appetizing and healthier solution for you: recipes for your infuser water bottle like a summer treat!.

To give you a little background, Infuser Water bottle is specially designed for infusing fruits with water. Got mine at Shop4SmartBuyers! They're really cute and trust me. You'll drink more water because of this bottle!

Most infuser water bottles come with separate chambers to hold fruit. All you have to do is chop up some fruits, toss them inside the bottle and enjoy the goodness of a healthy, refreshing and sugar-free drink, packed with vitamins and minerals, i.e. it is all natural.

Yes you read it right! It’s very easy to use and will surely keep you hydrated! Trust me you'll "DRINK MORE WATER" and "DETOX" with this bottle.

How to Use?

  • Get your fruit infuser water bottle - This bottle's my favorite as the color alone will make you drink more! eco-friendly, BPA free, FDA food grade silicone plastic that's perfectly safe for your health and it holds 650ml of liquid. It is very light weight and easy to carry.

  • Get your fresh herbs and fruits.
  • Wash them very well as most of them are not organic and might've a pesticide.
  • Cut them nicely and let them soak in water for 2-4 hours or overnight for more flavors to get into water.

Here are some of my favorite herb- and fruit-infused water recipes:

1. Cucumber Mint.

2. Apple Lemon Carrot

3. Pineapple Strawberry

4. Orange Lime

5. Strawberry Lemon.

6. Cucumber Lemon Celery

7. Mango Pineapple

8. Grape Orange

9. Pineapple Basil.

10. Lemon Ginger.

Have you ever made fruit-infused water? What is your favorite combination?
