WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?

Payment methods that can be used are Cash on Delivery, Credit Card via Paypal Express and Bank Transfer.

 

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Please allow 3 -7 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. However, this may vary from time to time so we usually placed a shipping info at the end of every product page.

 

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
Your order will be delivered by our partner courier LBC Express.
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements.
While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

 

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order or keep the customers posted about their shipment. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the country.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! However, you must cancel your order 12 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. Just please send an email to shop4smartbuyers@gmail.com.

 

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at shop4smartbuyers@gmail.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

MY ORDER HAS ALREADY SHIPPED. CAN I HAVE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS CHANGED?

The shipping address for orders that are already on their way to you cannot be changed by Slack or our fulfillment center.

LBC is not able to change delivery addresses once an order has been shipped.

 

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED 
We do ship every item after quality inspection and added extra padding or wrapped securely just to make sure you'll have it without any defect and no complaint has been raised to us so far.

 

However, if this happens because of mail service mistreatment. Please see our Refund, Return and Exchange page. If you need to return an item or exchange it for a different size, just contact us within 24hrs and let us know the reason, and we’ll help right away. Items can be returned within 3 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.

    - Your order number.
    - A picture of the damaged product.
Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.
